The primary purpose of this role is to assist the asset protection manager in performing his/her functions. Performing AP and Safety-related activities to support The Home Depot's business objectives, such as but not limited to minimizing shrink, risk and safety incidents, providing on boarding to AP programs, OSHA standards and investigations, training, coaching and response to potentially volatile situations requiring quick, effective decisions and conducting investigations. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
40% Compliance:
</li><li>Assist DC Asset Protection Manager with conducting monthly audit cadence that provides insight into shrink risk, overall safety compliance, merchandise accuracy audit completion, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Assist DC Asset Protection manager with regulatory investigations such as OSHA, EPA, state and federal agencies.</li><li>
Leverage contracted site guard supervisors, and ensure all electronic security systems are in good working order at all times.</li><li>
The overall audit process(s) will highlight operational deficiencies and will lead to the development of a dynamic game plan that will correct or mitigate exposures identified within the scope of the audits.</li><li>
30% Safety:
</li><li>Review weekly incident reporting and review trends with leadership team</li><li>
Participate in onsite meetings with regulatory agencies and follow company SOP's as it relates to interacting with such agencies.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with all Supply Chain security measures that will include but not limited to a seal compliance and testing program, maintaining a strong physical security presence.</li><li>
Leads auditors in daily operations; monitors to ensure a high degree of accuracy in the shipping of product, safety, recording auditing errors, and reviewing errors with facility leadership.</li><li>
Participate in all safety incident investigations to help drive additional training and accountability.</li><li>
If needed, assist APM with creating new processes that prevent safety incidents from occurring.</li><li>
15% Accuracy:
</li><li>Responsible for the training, coaching and feedback of auditors and performs regular evaluations of associates through factual data and subjective observations.</li><li>
15% Shrink:
</li><li>Assist DC Asset Protection Manager with the Company's internal and external theft program. Identify and process temporary labor and external visitors who commit theft. Maximize merchandise recoveries.</li><li>
Observations on floor, identifying safe work practices and correcting unsafe work practices</li><li>
Adhere to all Company policies governing apprehensions. Minimize risk of injuries during apprehensions.</li></ul>

This role serves as the primary liaison between internal operations leadership, TPAs, brokers, insurers, and legal partners. The Corporate claims Manager will provide essential support for all workers compensation claims and General liability claims. They will assist in gathering critical information on claims and work with the TPA, Human Resources, Operations and outside counsel to prepare claims documents that best protect the company from liability. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee administration of all *Workers&rsquo; Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile Liability* claims nationwide. Manage and direct performance of assigned **Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure adherence to service standards, KPIs, and contractual obligations. Monitor claim handling practices to ensure timely investigation, reserving accuracy, and appropriate claim resolution strategies. Drive proactive claims management focuses on loss reduction and cost containment. Conduct regular claim reviews with TPAs, carriers, defense counsel, and medical management vendors. Senior Portfolio Advisor II, Foundation & Institutional Advisors

<div>Position Purpose:
Responsible for the success of assigned functions within a complex distribution center environment; works with GM or AGM to develop strategies and objectives for maximizing productivity and leveraging expenses; manages and oversees the maintenance of equipment and facility; analyzes trends and solve problems in order to maximize contribution to the DCs success; typically manages a team of direct reports to achieve these results. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
20% Ensures operational excellence in all warehouse areas, including operations of warehouse management system(s) and related equipment; ensures inventory is received efficiently and is safely processed in the warehouse; ensures proper layout of warehouse and product placement, and maintenance and organization of all warehouse areas so its appearance is conducive to creating a perfect load for stores, customers; establishes methods and procedures for departmental work activities; identifies and resolves operational problems; and communicates expertise and approval concerning departmental activities.
</li><li>30% Manages and oversees facility including repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment to ensure continuous operations; sources and reviews contractor bids for repairs; responsible for contractor selection, ensuring contractors are compliant with standards (safety, schedule, budget, quality).
</li><li>15% Reviews maintenance, production and quality control reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities; recommends and implements changes to facility and equipment that are cost effective and compliant with safety standards.</li><li>
15% Ensures culture of safety throughout the organization by following Home Depot safety policies and procedures; monitors DC safety, physical security and inspects equipment and facilities regularly for compliance with safety and operational standards.</li><li>
20% Coaches, trains, and develops Associates informally and formally through training programs; provides both informal (e.g. on floor coaching) and formal (e.g. written evaluation) job performance based feedback; ensures technical certifications are achieved and sustained; maintains a union free work environment by creating employee centered work place which demonstrates care and concern for all Associates.</li></ul> 

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:<ul><li>
Typically reports to GM</li>
Accountable for the management of a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues <li>- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.</li></ul> 

Travel Requirements:<ul><li>
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.</li></ul> 

Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.</li></ul> 

Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.

Bachelors Degree concentrating in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications.</li><li>
Previous change management experience (driving, influencing and inspiring change through communication at all impacted levels).</li><li>
5 years in distribution environment.</li><li>
Experience managing conveyor system, Material Handling Equipment and electrical PLC controls.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible schedule; ability to be on call at various times; must be able to work weekends and holidays; must be open to relocation. Because of the nature of Retail Distribution, flexibility to relocate will translate into increased opportunities for advancement.</li></ul>

General Summary:</h2>
Under general supervision, the Auction Services Associate is responsible for zone maintenance, vehicle preparation, vehicle receiving, inventory scanning, reconciliation, final quality of saleable inventory, vehicle movement (both on and off- lot), asset protection, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
