PM/SA oversees U.S. foreign assistance programs aimed at building partner military capacity to advance U.S. foreign policy. The Office currently manages three security assistance accounts: Foreign Military Financing (FMF), International Military Education and Training (IMET), and the National Security Engagement Account (NSEA) (formerly Peacekeeping Operations (PKO)). Additionally, the Office provides concurrence authority for the U.S. Department of War (DOW)&rsquo;s security assistance programs under U.S.C. Title 10 (&ldquo;Title 10 programs&rdquo;). Roles and Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>
Leadership and Strategy:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist the Director of Cybersecurity Operations in executing the defined overall cybersecurity strategy, framework, and executable plans.</li><li>
Provide keen insight, leadership, and management to the cybersecurity teams.</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of cybersecurity efforts with business objectives.</li><li>
Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and best practices to proactively manage and mitigate risks.</li></ul><p><b>
Operational Management:</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee the daily operations of the cybersecurity management teams, ensuring that security events are monitored, analyzed, and responded to in a timely manner.</li><li>
Manage the cybersecurity incident response process, including preparation, detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery phases.</li><li>
Ensure the maintenance and tuning of security tools and technologies to enhance the organization&rsquo;s threat detection and response capabilities.</li></ul><p><b>
Risk and Compliance:</b></p><ul><li>
Collaborate with the Risk Management team to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks.</li><li>
