 We are seeking an experienced AI Enterprise Architect, Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI enablement and lead a small, high-performing pod focused on deploying AI capabilities across the organization. This individual will serve as both a hands-on technical leader and strategic architect, with the executive-level presence required to engage senior stakeholders and influence enterprise direction.

 Key Responsibilities

 Lead technical delivery for AI initiatives, overseeing a pod of three engineers to build and deploy AI-powered solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms, data sources, and security frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into scalable, production-grade solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with executive stakeholders to drive enterprise AI strategy, roadmap alignment, and prioritization of AI initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and optimize MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and velocity
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure all solutions meet compliance, governance, and data privacy standards

 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript).
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture or AI engineering leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience leading small engineering teams or pods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, NLP, and integration with enterprise systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with data privacy and security compliance in regulated industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated executive/leadership-level presence, including experience presenting AI/architecture solutions to senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-suite) and driving alignment across teams
 </li>

 Experience deploying AI solutions in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.

 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $160,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,000/year in our highest geographic market.
