 HTS's 600 million dollar, 3500 people, 80+ office national AEC client is actively hiring a Sr PM Systems Project Manager to perform a wide variety of professional engineering work in either a field or office setting as Owner's Representative on a billion dollar MATOC Sound Transit capital program's Traction Power Substation System (TPSS) portfolio. The Senior Project Manager is directly responsible for leading the modernization, standardization, and full integration of TPSS assets across the Authority's rail network, and reviews the work of Authority, State, and Contractors in accordance with the applicable Design Criteria Manual, Construction Manual, and all governing specifications. The Project Manager reviews progress of the work to assure compliance with the contract documents. This will include progressive monitoring of design submittals, equipment procurement, factory acceptance testing, installation, and commissioning. The Project Manager assures appropriate documentation, configuration management, and integration testing are completed in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.  Reviews design submittals, shop drawings, relay coordination studies, and commissioning plans for compliance with program standards and applicable codes (NEC, NESC, IEEE, NFPA).

 Oversees procurement and factory acceptance testing of substation equipment, including rectifiers, switchgear, SCADA, and protection and control systems.

 Provides direction to staff to ensure complete, accurate and timely contract records, pertaining to systems progress, equipment acceptance, commissioning status, and configuration management, are maintained in accordance with the State and Federal regulations and laws.

 Confers with contractors regarding compliance with plans and quality of work on installation, energization, and commissioning activities.

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Project and Program Leadership: Lead and manage moderate to complex IT programs and projects in the AI space from initiation to completion. Budget Management: Establish project budgets, track project spending and reforecast spending regularly throughout project lifecycle.</li><li>
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across the program. Develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and escalation procedures to minimize potential disruptions and address challenges. Maintain RAID log.</li><li>
Monitoring and Control: Implement processes to monitor and control project progress, milestones, scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. Regularly assess project and program performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide status reports to stakeholders.</li><li>
Change Control: Manage changes within the program, including changes in scope, requirements, or timelines. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on the program, document change decisions, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.</li><li>
Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality standards, processes, and metrics to ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct project / program audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>

Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and/or equivalent work experience noted below</li><li>
Experience: 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience in an IT Program Manager role is required. Deep experience managing moderately complex IT projects from beginning to end, meeting budget, scope, schedule, and benefits targets.</li><li>
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams is required.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels is required.</li><li>
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification and/or Certified ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) is required.</li><li>
Experience managing AI and Machine Learning delivery projects is required.</li><li>

What We Offer:
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $119,088 - $178,774 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

The UW Medicine - Department of Laboratory Medicine &amp; Pathology (DLMP) in Seattle, WA has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with the (enter team Project Management Office (PMO) in Seattle and Renton, Washington.
Under direction of the UW Department of Laboratory Medicine &amp; Pathology (DLMP) Project Management Office (PMO), the Senior Project Manager (SPM) will be responsible for managing assigned projects, such as new lab builds at the UW Medicine Central Lab (a new clinical laboratory supporting routine and specialty testing), Central Lab moves and upgrades, workflow process improvement projects, regulatory response projects, laboratory information system and instrument upgrades, and software development projects.
