</h2>WSP is currently initiating a search for a Resident Engineer / Construction Manager for our Seattle, WA office. This role could also be assigned to our office in Redmond. Be involved in projects with our Construction Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets their client's objectives and solves their challenges . The RE/CM will have extensive dam and heavy civil construction experience to support complex water infrastructure projects, including large dam rehabilitation and modification programs.
This position is field‑based and located at a remote project site. The ideal candidate is interested in and comfortable working in remote environments for extended durations. Per diem and/or lodging will be provided in accordance with project requirements.
This role is best suited for a confident, adaptable construction leader who can pivot as conditions change, see the full project picture, and keep complex dam construction work moving forward.

What your day-to-day will look like:</h2><ul><li>
Manage all relocation activities incorporating best practices, ensure compliance with documented processes and JLL policies, maintain operations manuals, and serve as single point of contact providing regular scope, schedule, and budget updates to clients</li><li>

Required Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>
College degree strongly preferred in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management with 4-6 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in Corporate Real Estate environments</li><li>
Minimum 2 years as Relocation Manager or related experience with proven track record managing complex move projects and delivering exceptional client satisfaction</li><li>
Proficiency in range of information technology tools and platforms including CAFM systems, project management software, and business intelligence reporting tools</li><li>
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with ability to forecast requirements, analyze variances, and develop comprehensive project plans and budgets</li><li>
