The Position

This role provides on-site technology support to our attorneys and staff in an assigned office location. Acting as a resident technology support expert, it is expected for this role to properly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues reported by all personnel working at that assigned office location. As a local representative of Wilson Elser's national IT department, the ideal candidate thrives on working in a fast-paced, growing environment and has the ability to provide white-glove, concierge-level services while juggling multiple demands.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Understand and execute standard operating procedures for imaging and deploying computer equipment for onboarding new hires.</li>
<li>Collect and track equipment from departed end users following standardized asset tracking procedures.</li>
<li>Provide support for video conferencing and related A/V on-site systems.</li>

Position Summary

About the Role
The Client Support Technician role is a part-time position that provides supplemental, as-needed support to assist in running day-to-day technology operations for our clients, with a focus on helpdesk ticket response via email and Slack. We expect this role to be up to 20 hours per week, during business hours, 9-6pm ET. This role is onsite with the possibility of some remote work.

This role focuses on the administration and support of: client SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Cloud, 1Password, LastPass, etc.; macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android operating systems and associated hardware; and a variety of endpoint detection and response (EDR) and universal endpoint management (UEM) platforms.
