The duties of the position include fielding incidents via phone and email from client users. The Junior Support Specialist ensures effective and efficient computer operations so that end users can accomplish their goals. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests. Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, and hands-on assistance at the desktop level.

 Responsibilities:

 Assist in Move, Add and Changes.

 Build, deploy and maintain end-user devices.
 </li>

 Track, prioritize, document and resolve end-user incident tickets.
 </li>

 Develop and document process and procedural enhancements.

 Manage, maintain, and audit hardware and software inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a high level of responsiveness, communication, and professionalism.
 </li>

 Evaluate and solve advanced technical issues.

 Maintain and support a O365, VDI and mobile environment.

 Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.
 </li>

 Ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Windows 11 Enterprise operating system and Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Network fundamentals (connections, components, protocols).
 </li>
 <li>
 Active Directory (structure, policies, management).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Local and Remote user assistance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intune Mobile Device Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with Laptops, and physical desktops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using AI tool to assist in end user problem analysis support. Including Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude.AI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting users in a fast-paced environment with white glove service in person and over the phone.
 </li>

 Quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

 Participation in an on-call rotation.
