The expected annual pay range for this position with a full-time schedule is $120,000 - $175,000. Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience.   The Paid Media Solutions Lead combines technical media expertise and client-facing strategy in developing and executing Ad sales solutions that blend paid media and branded content across MrBeast&rsquo;s ecosystem, including YouTube, social platforms, and owned-and-operated channels.
