<div></div><div><b>Position Summary:</b><br>
The Brand &amp; Content Marketing Specialist focuses on creating, refining, and managing high‑impact marketing content across digital, social, and presentation channels. This role develops brand‑aligned creative assets, supports digital advertising, manages the company&rsquo;s presentation library, and collaborates with leadership on message consistency. Ideal for someone creative, strategic, and polished in both design and storytelling.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Required Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead creation and refinement of marketing content for presentations, campaigns, and digital channels</li><li>Build, polish, and maintain master decks and brand templates across departments</li><li>Write, review, and edit marketing copy for social media, ads, landing pages, and collateral</li><li>Support digital ad execution including uploading creative, reviewing performance, and updating copy</li><li>Collaborate with design or creative teams to ensure brand consistency</li><li>Provide creative feedback on video edits, graphics, photography, and production assets</li><li>Assist with content planning and scheduling for LinkedIn and other channels</li><li>Help manage brand asset libraries, ensuring content is current and high‑quality</li><li>Work cross‑functionally with leadership and technical teams on message clarity</li><li>Support event content needs (screens, signage, PDF handouts, campaign assets)</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>Required Skills/Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li><b>Experience working in defense, government or aerospace
</b></li><li>Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, presentation design, and storytelling</li>
<li>Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills</li>
<li>Ability to provide creative critique and guide brand‑aligned visual execution</li>
<li>Experience with content creation across social, digital, or web platforms</li>
<li>Familiarity with digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, or similar)</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Skills/Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Graphic design skills (Adobe CC, Canva, Figma)</li>
<li>Video editing familiarity (Premier, CapCut, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience with analytics dashboards or A/B testing</li>
<li>Knowledge of CMS tools for basic website updates</li>
<li><b>Experience working in defense, government or aerospace

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field</li>

</b><br>
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Salary</b>: $75,000 - $100,000 annually</div>
<div>Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.</div>
