 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 Proactively identify, assess, and escalate project risks to ensure successful execution

 Act as the key point of contact between business units and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee construction procurement, including identifying, quantifying, and ordering materials to ensure timely delivery and correct on-site placement

 Resolve on-site contractor queries, monitor workmanship quality, and ensure that design drawings and technical details are accurately implemented
