The Service Technician will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance. Similar to a boutique agency, you will work on a wide variety of projects for Gallagher clients. We are visual problem solvers who wear many hats - we are writers, strategists, designers, productions artists and project managers. How you'll make an impact<div> 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</div><div><ul><li> 
Develop conceptual and refined design solutions across a variety of print and digital media, such as multi-page benefit brochures, direct mail, digital newsletters, and presentations.</li><li>Articulate creative strategy, present design concepts, explain rationale, accept feedback and respond to questions from, and maintain/build relationships with account managers and clients.</li><li>Own and update client benefit communication packages on an annual basis.</li><li>Production including proofing, packaging files and managing translation and print vendors.</li><li>Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time in order to meet deadlines.</li><li>Proof materials to ensure consistent editorial style, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Contribute fresh, creative ideas as we expand our growing practice.</li><li>Have fun! About You<div> 
Requirements:</div><div><ul><li> 
Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design concepts, principals and techniques.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat).</li><li>Familiarity of working with brand guidelines.</li><li>Familiarity with PowerPoint and Word.</li><li>Preferred at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, communications, or a similar role.</li><li>Must have a portfolio with design samples.</li></ul></div><ul><li>Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required to maintain and enhance your knowledge and skills is highly advantageous.</li></ul><div></div><div>
