<li>Utilize enterprise-wide Institute systems (Banner and Data Warehouse) and subsidiary systems to monitor financial activity and provide reports to the DOSO and the Student Experience Business Manager. Monitor spending to ensure adherence to general policies and guidelines. Identify and resolve discrepancies in accordance with Institute and DOSO portfolio standards and policies</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of office supplies which includes ordering and invoice processing through OSCAR and Banner</li>
<li>Coordinate communication, marketing, and social media efforts for any DOSO programming and educational initiatives. Arrange event details including but not limited to purchasing supplies or equipment, catering, reserving space, setting up and tearing down</li>
<li>Ensure that public spaces in Academy Hall are adequately maintained by inspecting public areas on a weekly basis and initiating service requests as needed. Monitor any possible safety concerns. Coordinate with the Student Experience Operations Manager if required to manage larger repair projects</li>
<li>Other duties and special projects as assigned</li>

<p><b>Expected hiring range:</b> $20.00 - $23.75 / hr</p>

The production coordinator will support production for our stock and cut to order business. This role will work closely and liaise between vendors, design, product development, and sales. The primary functions of this role include cost negotiations, setting up styles, creating and managing orders, as well as meeting other goals.</div><div></div><div><br>

Vendor Relationship:</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Communicate and follow up with overseas vendors daily.</li><li>Send stock and customer inquiries to vendors.</li><li>Request pricing from vendors.</li><li>Negotiate costs and calculate landed costs to check margins.</li><li>Liaise between sales and production for special customer inquiries i.e., testing, packing requirements, warehouse destination.</li><li>Help ensure on time deliveries.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Request estimated carton dimensions and CBMs from vendors and submit to compliance to be uploaded into our ERP site.</li><li>Monitor orders and manage master booking charts for all open orders up until a shipment is arranged.</li><li>Troubleshoot any container space issues with the Gina Import team.</li><li>Analyze and assess delay request forms from overseas offices and factories. Check sales orders effected and communicate updated due date to sales.</li></ul></div>
