The Wholesale Operations Specialist role is the owner of new item set up, system set up and order processing from inception to invoice. The data integrity of available to sell inventory (ATS), open orders for forecasting and retail confirmation processing is reliant on this role&rsquo;s ability to keep records current. The Wholesale Operations Specialist will monitor inbound production arrival dates, inbound EDI confirmations and pick tickets to fulfillment through invoice. Position Overview: 
The primary role of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to perform administrative tasks to help facilitate daily invoice resolution for vendors and grant payments. The AP Specialist is responsible for the full cycle Accounts Payable function, including auditing expense reports; matching invoices; issuing payments via check and ACH, and providing support relating to day-to-day operations.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
The essential duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist include but are not limited to the following activities:

<li>Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.</li>
<li>Input all invoices and payment requests into A/P or Purchasing software.</li>
<li>Maintain A/P invoice and A/P inquiry mailboxes.</li>
<li>Download and import grant payments and related credits into A/P software.</li>
<li>Process weekly check and ACH payment runs for multiple organizations.</li>
<li>Manage employee expense reimbursement process and ensure compliance with company policy.</li>
<li>Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with direct supervisor and co-workers.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks and projects as requested and assigned to support Accounts payable department.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of two years of accounts payable experience</li>
<li>Associate degree in accounting preferred</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills</li>
<li>Must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to communicate and enforce the organization’s accounting policies and procedures.</li>

 Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), an area within the Commercial Bank (CB), provides a controlled, efficient environment for executing the bank&rsquo;s syndicated loan business in a client focused and cost effective manner. Delaware Wholesale Loan Ops is the component within the broader organization that focuses on providing operational support for the many businesses involved with the syndicated loan product. This includes but is not limited to credit trading, IB Risk and Syndicated and Leveraged Finance, all of which have a global presence and are supported out of the Delaware Operations hub.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Support the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products that require extra diligence and critical thinking.
