As an Assistant Manager, you're a part of the leadership team. You help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. What You&rsquo;ll Do

</li><li>Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service &amp; Selling, etc.)

</li><li>Assist Store Director &amp; Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed.
</li><li>Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
</li><li>Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
</li><li>Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection.
</li><li>Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
</li><li>Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.
