Key Job Responsibilities:
Digital Content &amp; Website Management<ul>
<li>Ensure the hotel&rsquo;s branded website is always updated with accurate information, images, offers, and descriptions.</li>
<li>Optimize website content to improve SEO, online visibility, and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Revenue and Marketing to ensure correct rates, promotions, and packages are published.</li>
</ul>
OTA Management<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate content, room descriptions, amenities, and photography across all OTA platforms.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly audits to ensure rate parity, content consistency, and brand compliance.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activity and online positioning, providing recommendations where needed.</li>
</ul>
Social Media &amp; Content Support<ul>
<li>Assist in content creation, planning, and scheduling for social media channels.</li>
<li>Support photography and videography needs by coordinating shoots for rooms, F&amp;B, events, and marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Identify trending content ideas and assist in increasing engagement across platforms.</li>
<li>Digital Advertising &amp; Campaign Execution

<li>Support the execution of digital marketing activities including newsletters, paid ads, remarketing campaigns, and seasonal campaigns.

</ul>Online Reputation &amp; Review Management

<li>Monitor daily reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs, and other online review platforms. 
</li><li>Draft responses aligned with brand voice and escalate service concerns to relevant departments. 
</li><li>Provide weekly sentiment analysis and recommend improvements.

</ul>Analytics, Reporting &amp; Insights 
<ul>
<li>Track key e-commerce KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, OTA ranking, and social media performance. 
</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting trends and actionable insights. 
</li>
</ul>Support forecasting efforts based on online trends and market demand.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance &amp; Digital Asset Management 
<ul>
<li>Conduct regular quality assurance checks on all online content including images, descriptions, menus, and photography. 
</li><li>Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team to update creative assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

</ul>Internal Coordination &amp; Department Support
