What You'll Do</div><ul><li><div>
Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of components and materials in alignment with project schedules.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Material Status Reports for project team reference.</div></li><li><div>
Proactively identify and communicate potential quality or delivery issues to Buyers and Project Teams.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor supplier compliance with purchase order terms and promptly address deviations.</div></li><li><div>
Obtain and document weekly status updates from vendors on critical items.</div></li><li><div>
Record all vendor communications and meeting outcomes in accordance with established protocols.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with the Material Coordinator to track and document material receipts from project locations.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate critical updates and status changes promptly between suppliers, Buyers, and Material Coordinators.</div></li><li><div>
Foster strong relationships and maintain consistent communication with business partners.</div></li><li><div>
Organize early planning meetings with suppliers for critical equipment to clarify expediting expectations.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure timely processing and reporting of information, including any shipping schedule delays.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate third-party inspections as required.</div></li><li><div>

Minimum qualifications</div><ul><li>
A college associate degree, technical training/certifications, combination or equivalent is required;</li><li>
Five (5) years&rsquo; experience specifically as a Project Expeditor for the oil and gas industry;</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Willingness and ability to learn and understand basics of both commercial aspects and technical elements of the accountable projects and their associated material requirements;</div></li><li>
Strong problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>
Demonstrates a collaborative approach working with various internal teams and external vendors</li><li>
Must be able to trigger and facilitate problem resolution processes</li><li>
Understanding of the material/equipment manufacturing processes</li><li>
Understands that the Material Status Reports and systems must be kept up to date to enable the Project and Supply Chain Team to access required information electronically</li></ul><div></div><div>
An equivalent combination of both experience and education will be considered</div><div></div><div>
