 We&rsquo;re seeking a sharp, creative and obsessively curious Senior Editor to help lead Bisnow&rsquo;s flagship daily newsletter, read by tens of thousands across the commercial real estate industry. This role is equal parts newsletter architect, data sleuth and trend forecaster. You&rsquo;ll help set the tone and direction for our most visible product &mdash; shaping daily news coverage, uncovering rising markets and asset classes and delivering sharp analysis rooted in proprietary and outside-the-box data.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll contribute original writing and strategic editorial vision to the newsletter itself &mdash; including a regular in-depth column that anchors the edition with voice, insight and edge.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You will also manage and edit three beat reporters focused on hyperlocal high-impact CRE news and enterprise reporting in their own cities.

 Key Responsibilities

 Serve as an editor and content driver for The First Draft, Bisnow&rsquo;s top-performing daily newsletter
 </li>

 Write an &ldquo;anchor&rdquo; column (500+ words) at least twice a month that provides deep analysis or editorial voice &mdash; using original insights, interviews or overlooked data trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit :14 stories a week across three East Coast-based reporters, ranging from breaking news to enterprise investigations
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and integrate exclusive data and proprietary charts into the newsletter, with a target of at least two per week
 </li>
 <li>
 Curate and contextualize research and data from beyond CRE (e.g. logistics trends, consumption habits, global economic shifts) to give readers an edge
 </li>

 Identify and spotlight fast-rising CRE markets, property types and sectors &mdash; aiming for at least one in-depth spotlight or &ldquo;rising opportunity&rdquo; package per month

With 3 strategically located warehouses we service three functional sales businesses vertically integrated to the Mass Market, Health Food and Ethnic channels of trade across the U.S.A., Canada, and Internationally.Position Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying potential customers, presenting a company's products or services, building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales to meet sales targets, essentially acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers while maintaining existing customer relationships.Duties &amp; Responsibilities ● Organize sales visits in East Coast region. ● Demonstrate and present products. ● Establish new business. ● Maintain accurate records. ● Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. ● Review sales performance. ● Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets. ● Other duties as required to support team goals and objectives.Qualifications &amp; Skills ● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. ● Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred (food industry is a plus). ● Mature, confident, patient, persevering, strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills. ● Honest, ethical, and trustworthy. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. ● Bilingual in Chinese &amp; English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. ● Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance. ● Business travel out of state is required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Mandarin (Preferred)</li><li>Cantonese (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver&rsquo;s license &amp; reliable vehicle w/ valid auto insurance (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>New York, NY (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
