<div>You will be a member of our multi-disciplinary team and will work under the direction of a senior engineer. Projects may include new construction and renovation in educational, healthcare, sports, corporate commercial and science and technology.</div>

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO</p>

<ul><li>Participate in project teamwork planning sessions and may take a lead role.</li>
<li>May assume project engineering responsibilities and adhere to financial and work goals.</li>
<li>Initiate project designs and help to develop design goals and systems. Perform electrical engineering systems design for building construction.</li>
<li>Design lighting, power distribution, signaling, communications and/or telecommunication systems for healthcare, education/higher education and commercial clients per applicable codes.</li>
<li>Prepare construction documents including drawings and specifications. Guide less experienced team members in execution of drawings. Specify electrical equipment.</li>
<li>Complete quality control checks of engineering documents and layout systems in regard to components and parts.</li>
<li>Participate in value engineering sessions with Architectural/Engineering team.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements with reference standards and processes to improve quality, coordination, and to streamline production efforts.</li>
<li>Review and markup of shop drawings and submittals. Respond to RFI's and review of change orders in the preparation of construction documents.</li>
<li>Conduct job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress. Attend and participate in construction meetings. Site visits frequently require a physical walk-through of site.</li>
<li>May perform other related tasks as needed.</li>

<li>Minimum of 6 years of related experience required.</li>
<li>Current PE in the United States required.</li>
<li>LEED accreditation preferred.</li>
<li>Must be an independent thinker, analytical, contributes to process development</li>
<li>Must possess working knowledge and experience, while still acquiring higher level knowledge.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Able to effectively handle multiple projects.</li>
<li>Experience in computer applications for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit, AGI32, Visual, SKM Power Tools) required.</li>

<div></div><div>The salary range for this position to be filled in the Chicago office is $84,210 to $105,210 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. The Revenue Integrity Analyst uses advanced knowledge of coding, CDM, charge capture, and auditing to solve complex charging scenarios, provide education and assistance to operational departments, support fellow team members, and develop processes/procedures to ensure accurate and timely capture of all chargeable procedures. The Revenue Integrity Analyst also provides high-level professional support in working advanced outpatient coding edits as well as auditing charges for service lines with potential missed revenue opportunities. <ul><li>Use logic-based critical thinking and decision making to accurately enter charges on patient accounts for hospital/facility and professional charges in accordance with CMS and AMA guidelines</li><li>Responsible for accounts within the assigned Epic Account, Charge Review, and Claim Edit Work queues while solving edits related to National Correct Coding Initiatives (NCCI edits), Medically Unlikely Edits (MUE edits) Procedure to Procedure (PTP edits), and Outpatient Coding Edits (OCE edits) in Epic using patient documentation, coding rules, billing guidelines, and proper modifier use in a timely manner</li><li>Assess the Charge Description Master (CDM) and contribute to accurate CDM line items by evaluating revenue codes, descriptions, CPT/HCPCS code and pricing</li><li>Audit and reconcile charges against clinical documentation, code rules and charging methodologies for internal purposes along with external audits
