We are embarking on a strategic migration of our on-premises Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse to Azure, and we are seeking a motivated Data Engineer to play a key role in this transformation. The first phase of this initiative will be a complete lift-and-shift of our existing environment into Azure, followed by refactoring and modernizing many of our applications to fully leverage Azure-native tools and services. In this role, you will help transition legacy ETL processes currently built in C# and SQL stored procedures orchestrated through Windows Task Scheduler into scalable, maintainable pipelines using technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Functions.
