Eurasia Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to work closely with our CEO, Maziar Minovi, and in close partnership with the Chief of Staff and the CEO Operations team. This is a high-visibility role at the center of the firm&rsquo;s leadership.  Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a contract position for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, located on-site in New York, NY. The individual will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, scheduling and coordinating meetings, dinner/lunch reservations, overseeing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration. They will work closely with leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administrative Assistance
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in providing Executive Support, including scheduling and calendar management
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in standard office software and tools, google office suite, Microsoft 365 suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or relevant experience in a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager is highly preferred
