  The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to one of two Co-Founders while also planning and overseeing external events throughout the year in partnership with the Growth &amp; Partnerships and Operations teams.

  This is a remote role based in Los Angeles, CA, with an expectation of travel to Pasadena approximately once per month. FOX Corporation is looking for an Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Standards &amp; Practices (S&amp;P) department, including the procurement, tracking and distribution of materials, data entry, monitoring of calendars and schedules, answering phones, dissemination of reports and maintenance of records and files, and keeping abreast of current events that might impact programming. The Assistant will coordinate between Standards &amp; Practices, internal FOX departments and external entities to facilitate review/approval of programming, advertising, and promos. Also, the Assistant will serve as back-up to the Executive Assistant and the 12th Floor Coordinator, when needed. The Assistant must be able to perform their duties in both English and Spanish with minimal supervision and complete their work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.</div><div></div><div>
