 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. You will provide administrative support to company leadership and play a key role in ensuring our partners operate efficiently and effectively.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Calendar Management:

 Manage and optimize complex calendars for one or more busy executives

 Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize commitments

 Communication Support:

 Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests

 The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Create and post schedules for nursing department, track and post changes and approve trades.</li>
<li>Maintain timely records of call-out, late and early arrivals to work and coordinate with HR daily to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly.</li>
<li>Monitor daily PPD</li>
<li>Monitor and minimize staff overtime</li>
<li>Contact and schedule agency staff, if applicable, to cover open shifts as a last resort.</li>
<li>Provide accurate reports to the DON relating to staffing, vacancies or agency use.</li>
