This is a hybrid role where there are both executive assistant and project management responsibilities providing opportunity for extensive professional growth.The ideal candidate has a deep interest in improving pregnancy loss care while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. Experience supporting senior executives at the C-suite level is a requirement. This individual will serve as a trusted partner and project manager, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, supporting recruiting efforts, and helping to drive operational efficiency for the CEO. This role requires five days/week on-site from 8:30am-5pm in a casual environment.QualificationsPrior experience supporting C-suite executives is requiredDemonstrated success managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior leadershipStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with senior executives and manage projectsAbility to work independently, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguityCollaborative team player who values partnership and relationship-buildingComfortable providing thoughtful pushback, asking questions, and seeking feedback when neededStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsBachelor&rsquo;s degree requiredStable work history; candidates with excessive job-hopping are not favoredPlease no cover letters.
