<div>MGX Field Crane Technicians are responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various crane equipment including mobile cranes and boom trucks. This position will be located at the Lee's Summit, branch for MGX Equipment Services and reports to the Service Manager.
<ul><li>Candidates hired for this role will receive a $4,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days continuous service; and be eligible for our Tool Reimbursement Program of up to $1,500 per calendar year. Relocation assistance may also be available to those who qualify.
</li></ul>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Light diagnosis, repair and troubleshooting of various mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes.
</li><li>Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision.
</li><li>Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections.
</li><li>Properly fills out working reports, hours reports, time sheets, hours overviews and expense reports.
</li><li>Provides excellent customer service.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Crane Mechanic/Technician preferred.
</li><li>Must have a mechanical background and related experience with electrical and hydraulics; and be able to read both electrical and hydraulic schematics.
</li><li>Must have experience in preventative maintenance and light equipment repair (i.e. oil changes, break jobs, etc.)
</li><li>May be required to travel to job sites and for training up to 50% of the time.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a customer/client focus.
</li><li>Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license with a satisfactory driving record.
</li><li>Basic computer skills preferred.
</li><li>Experience working with different forms of mobile crane and/or heavy equipment is a plus.

Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our Norfolk VA team. The manufacturing technician will repair and overhaul circuit breakers, sub-assemblies, and related electrical equipment and perform evaluations, maintenance, and repairs on circuit breakers to ensure optimal performance.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Replace or repair faulty components, such as contacts, coils, and insulation.</li><li>
Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized equipment to identify issues with circuit breakers and electrical systems.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, and non-conformances.</li><li>
Perform current injection, insulation resistance testing, contact resistance testing, and other relevant tests to verify the integrity of circuit breakers.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of evaluation and repair activities, including test results and inspections.</li><li>
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments.</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><ul><li>
Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.</li><li>
Make recommendations for solutions.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate&rsquo;s degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.</li><li>
Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Etc.)</li><li>
Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated with the ability to handle and complete multiple tasks within defined time limitations.</li><li>
Work with other departments as needed in a professional manner.</li></ul>

The salary range for this role in Virginia (outside of Greater D.C. area) is $59,000-110,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
