The Senior Analyst, Process Improvement - Finance is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence. This position reports directly to the BPD&amp;I Senior Manager, Finance and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, AI, and end-to-end process governance. 
 
This position will be responsible for supporting aspects of the Finance process areas. The Finance scope includes supporting the strengthening of core financial analysis, improving the accuracy and clarity of financial storytelling for finance stakeholders and exhibiting strong project management skills. 
 
This position will focus on planning, performance reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, while driving standardization and continuous improvement across data, reporting, and financial processes. This role will also support key strategic initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement in the finance organization. In addition, the position will help meet strategic goals by developing analytical approaches, driving priorities, collaborating cross-functionally, and aligning resources to deliver high-quality, insight-driven finance support.

Job Responsibilities 
 
Process Excellence 
<ul><li>
Support day-to-day activities of the Enterprise Planning and Finance functions</li><li>
Responsible for identifying best practices, efficiencies and strategic methods to optimize people, process, and technology solutions across the Enterprise Planning and Finance functions</li><li>

Required Qualifications

You will serve as a key member of UCB&rsquo;s Data Governance team, owning the intersection of data stewardship, financial operations, and vendor management. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders both in home and in the community. The BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director &amp; Clinical Director.</li><li>
Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.</li><li>
Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.</li><li>
Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields</li><li>
Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and writing skills</li><li>
Established management skills</li><li>
Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.</li><li>
