We are looking for a Data Foundations Analyst who is collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented to join our Commercial Data Operations team, based at our U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 40% on-site presence and 5% domestic travel. 
About the Role
You will serve as a key member of UCB&rsquo;s Data Governance team, owning the intersection of data stewardship, financial operations, and vendor management. In this role, you will manage commercial data assets and contracts, oversee budget planning activities including operating expense forecasting, accruals management, spend tracking, and annual planning cycles, and ensure licensed data is used compliantly across the organization. User Support &amp; Adoption
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues and requests</li>
<li>Support user onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption of new features</li>
<li>Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and knowledge base materials</li>
<li>Gather feedback from users to improve usability and effectiveness</li>
</ul>
Vendor Coordination &amp; Governance
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with Salesforce partners, consultants, and third-party vendors</li>
<li>Participate in roadmap planning, upgrades, and new module implementations</li>
<li>Ensure changes follow appropriate testing, change control, and communication practices</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of Salesforce updates and recommend relevant capabilities</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field &ndash; OR &ndash; Equivalent work experience and relevant certifications</li>
<li>3&ndash;7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or functional support</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership of a CRM platform or major application, including configuration, enhancements, and operational support</li>
<li>Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system solutions</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-moving environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li>
<li>Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, or managed service providers</li>
<li>Familiarity with structured service management, change management, or project delivery practices</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>Hands-on administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)</li>
<li>Experience configuring objects, fields, security, page layouts, and system settings</li>
<li>Experience designing and maintaining automation using Salesforce Flows</li>
<li>Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management within Salesforce</li>
<li>Experience supporting or coordinating integrations between Salesforce and other systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with data quality management, duplicate control, and validation strategies</li>
<li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator) preferred</li>
<li>Experience supporting healthcare/regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA) preferred</li>

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>This is a remote position requiring a combination of remote work and some in-office attendance based on business needs and company policy.</li>
<li>Work is primarily performed in a professional office and/or home office environment.</li>
<li>Requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, including frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and multiple computer monitors.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, video conferencing, and in person.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to review, analyze, and interpret data, reports, and electronic documents with attention to detail.</li>
<li>May occasionally be required to move or transport office materials weighing up to 15 pounds.</li>

Compensation
<ul>
<li>Starting compensation range of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. Exact compensation will be determined by experience, education, licensure/certifications, and location, in accordance with applicable laws.</li>
