A solid foundation in ERP systems is required, but the focus of this role is delivery, execution, and leadership rather than configuration.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with business priorities.</li>
<li>Review and analyze business processes and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into specifications enabling solution delivery.</li>
<li>Work directly with the business users to gather requirements, coordinate and execute user testing, coordinate and execute user training, and provide end user support.</li>
<li>Work directly with technical teams to successfully deliver Enterprise Application Projects to manufacturing sites throughout Flowserve.</li>
<li>Actively manage risks, issues, opportunities and change, escalating when needed and pushing for resolution.</li>
<li>Evaluate ERP and business processes and drive continuous improvement and standardization across manufacturing operations.</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>5&ndash;10 years of experience leading technology or ERP-related projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to own delivery, make decisions, and move initiatives forward in complex organizations.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable operating with urgency, accountability, and ambiguity.</li>
<li>Solid project management skills</li>
<li>20-30% of travel required</li>
</ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Experience working across multiple ERP platforms or major ERP transformations.</li>
<li>Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications.</li>
<li>Familiarity with custom development concepts and system enhancements.</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations.</li>
