Overview of the Role

Responsibilities

</li><li>Support Bookings and Revenue planning initiatives.
</li><li>Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making in a rapidly changing, dynamic business environment.

Required Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
</li><li>At least 1 to 2 years post-qualification experience in an FP&amp;A, Finance &amp; Strategy, Accounting, Operations, Business Consulting, or Sales Strategy function of a multinational entity.
</li><li>Strong MS Excel or Google Sheet. Hyperion and/or Smartview is a plus.
</li><li>Strong data analysis skills. Familiarity / experience with SQL queries, Snowflake, and Tableau (certification preferred) is a plus.

<div>Position Purpose:
The Sr Analyst Space Planning is the key business partner and advisor for the Merchandising Organization on all matters related to space planning and analytics. In addition to planogram responsibilities, the Sr Analyst will assist their merchant with analysis to drive sales, optimize assortments, increase turns and maximize profit. The Sr. Analyst will partner with the merchant, space analysts, store planning, visual merchandising and project managers on all resets, MET projects and other activities for which space analytics and planogram support is required. Position Summary:
Progress Residential is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst &ndash; Collections &amp; Customer Care to support the Payment and Recovery (PAR) and Customer Care organizations. This role will serve as a key finance partner to PAR and Customer Care leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support related to collections and credit loss performance. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering insights that support operational and strategic decision-making, while also helping drive initiatives to improve collections effectiveness and payment recovery outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, sound financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively across functions and with senior leaders. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing recurring deliverables while also supporting ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Partner with Payment &amp; Recovery and Customer Care leadership to support the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly outlook processes for collections and credit loss performance</li><li>
Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reporting related to collections, recoveries, and credit loss metrics</li><li>
Analyze performance trends and key drivers, including detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods</li><li>
Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep dives to evaluate credit loss performance, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable recommendations</li><li>
Build, enhance, and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis</li><li>
Develop executive-level presentations and reporting materials that communicate performance results, business insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner</li><li>
Support cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and other business partners to align assumptions, improve reporting, and enhance decision support</li><li>
Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives focused on improving collections processes, payment recovery performance, and overall operational effectiveness</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, increase data transparency, and strengthen financial support for the PAR organization</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required in a quantitative background: Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science Etc.</li><li>
5+ years performing analysis by developing queries and extracting actionable insights</li><li>
Technical:<ul><li>
SQL &ndash; develop complex queries for analysis</li><li>
Excel - proficiency with pivot tables and lookups</li><li>
