<div><p><b>FINGERPRINT TECHNICIAN 1:</b><br>
Two years of experience that provided knowledge of handling confidential information, adhering to legal procedures, and/or performing data analysis as typically found in direct support of commissioned, certified, or other professional criminal justice or law enforcement staff in the performance of their mission.<br>
<br>
<b>Substitution:</b><br>
Post-secondary education from an accredited college that included 18 semester hours or 27 quarter hours in physical science courses such as chemistry, biology, physics, or criminalistics; criminal justice courses, such as research methods, data analysis, or development of law; or legal studies courses, such as criminal law and procedure or legal research may be substituted for the required experience (3 semester/4 quarter hours equal one month).<br>
<br>
<b>FINGERPRINT TECHNICIAN 2:</b><br>
Completion of a recognized training plan as a Fingerprint Technician 1 with the State of Alaska.<br>

Two years of technical fingerprint classification experience in a law enforcement agency which included fingerprint pattern recognition and fingerprint classification; fingerprint comparisons of inked prints; taking fingerprints; and preparing for court appearances as an expert witness in the science of fingerprints.<br>

A current Latent Print Certification or Ten print Fingerprint Certification issued by the International Association for Identification.<br>
<br>
<b>Special Note:</b><br>
A background investigation, including a criminal record check for convictions of felony crimes or serious misdemeanors, is required.<br>

Technical fingerprint classification experience is defined as experience requiring the application of the basic technique of fingerprint science in determination of pattern types though ridge counting, whorl tracings, and use of the Henry Method of Classification.</p></div><br>

Upload departmental and company-wide budgets directly into Sage Intacct and maintain budget revisions throughout the fiscal year to reflect current organizational priorities.</li><li>
Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reports that reflect the organization's financial position in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).</li><li>
Conduct monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis, identifying and communicating significant variances to management with supporting explanations and recommendations for corrective action.</li><li>
Compile and prepare external cost proposals, ensuring all financial components align with funding agency requirements, allowable cost guidelines, and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).</li><li>
