Your next role
In this role you will work with the marketing/business development team members, partners, and senior staff to design and deliver all qualifications, proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards, with specific focus on consulting services.
You will also maintain and keep the CRM system for pipeline reporting current, write proposals for potential and recurring clients, lead weekly business development meetings for Boston and Southeast regions and support team members on the creation of presentation decks for interviews and informational relationship-building conversations.
You will be working with team members to understand current and prospective service areas and maintain and develop marketing materials to communicate those topics externally (presentation decks, portfolio booklets) while also working with the Marketing team and discipline team members to review and propose activities for relationship building with current and prospective clients and collaborators.
Your key duties<ul><li>
Full comprehension of how RFQs/RFPs are written and the requirements for a standard submittal</li><li>
Full comprehension of Buro Happold&rsquo;s portfolio of work, key sectors, and firm wide philosophy and capabilities</li><li>
Maintain and update marketing collateral including but not limited to capability statements, resumes, project sheets, technical approach text, government forms (ie: SF 330) etc.</li><li>
Assist in internal and external communications in line with our regional/global strategy (newsletters, website news, social media)</li><li>

As needed research of local, regional and national online sources for potential opportunities</li><li>

Your skills and experience
As an experienced Marketing Specialist professional, it is expected that you could demonstrate...<ul><li>
5-8 years of professional experience in a marketing profession with a design or professional services firm, preferably in the AEC industry</li><li>
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop</li><li>
High proficiency with all Microsoft applications</li><li>
Experience with proposals for clients and new business opportunities</li><li>
High attention to detail and an authentic investment in producing high quality materials</li><li>
Graphic design experience a plus but not required</li><li>

They work in stores, warehouses, stockrooms, and other storage facilities.
