We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer &ndash; Civil for a leading EPC &amp; Construction company in Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tendering, estimation, and pre-contract activities within EPC/main contracting companies.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 12+ years of experience in Estimation/Tendering, including 3+ years in a senior estimation role.</li><li>Experience working with EPC and contractor companies is mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of Saudi Arabia (KSA) experience required.</li><li>Currently working in a Tendering / Estimation Department at Head Office.</li><li>Strong command of the English language.</li><li>Experience handling major projects and prestigious clients such as:</li><li>NEOM</li><li>Diriyah</li><li>Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC)</li><li>Qiddiya</li><li>Royal Commission</li><li>Ministry of Transport</li><li>Ministry of Defense</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.</li><li>Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation.</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.</li><li>Prepare competitive tender submissions.</li><li>Support value engineering and cost optimization activities.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Large-scale infrastructure, building, and EPC projects.</li><li>Experience with Saudi mega projects and government clients.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction market rates and pricing</li></ul>Pay: ﷼13,500.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Total years of experience in Estimation/Tendering:</li><li>Do you have experience working with EPC/Main Contractor companies?</li><li>Total years of experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA)</li><li>Explain your overall experience in civil estimation and tendering.
