POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p>
The Senior Graphic Designer is a key creative leader responsible for shaping and executing the visual direction of assigned brands and partner businesses. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, this role combines high-level creative thinking with hands-on execution, translating business objectives into compelling, cohesive visual experiences across all channels.</p><p>
This role requires a highly skilled designer with strong creative autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence brand expression. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead concept development, guide visual standards, and ensure all creative output aligns with brand strategy, drives engagement, and supports business growth. In addition to execution, this role plays a critical part in elevating design quality, mentoring team members, and evolving the brand&rsquo;s visual identity in a competitive market.</p><p><b>
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Own the concepting and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, web, email, and marketing channels, ensuring all work is visually compelling and strategically aligned with brand and business objectives.</li><li>
Translate business goals, customer insights, and market trends into innovative creative solutions that strengthen brand positioning and drive performance.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve visual standards, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints while continuously elevating the brand&rsquo;s creative expression.</li><li>
Independently manage projects from concept through delivery, making informed decisions on creative direction, prioritization, and problem-solving.</li><li>
Partner closely with marketing, eCommerce, and leadership teams to align creative with broader business strategies and campaign goals.</li><li>
Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering creative growth and ensuring high-quality execution across the team.</li><li>
Leverage AI tools, motion design, and evolving digital best practices to enhance creative output, streamline workflows, and maintain competitive advantage.</li><li>
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize creative based on performance insights, continuously improving visual impact and engagement.</li><li>
Proactively identify and implement new design trends, tools, and techniques that keep the brand relevant and innovative.</li></ul><p><b>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred (in design field a plus)</li><li>
6+ years' experience in graphic design or related field</li><li>
Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects</li><li>
Experience with AI for creating and editing images and video</li><li>
Print experience preferred</li><li>
Expertise in current internet standards, including web browser specifications and mobile-first design practices</li><li>
A strong understanding of layout, typography, shape, and color work is required</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate are necessary</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and in conjunction with the creative team</li><li>
Ability to be flexible, open-minded, and comfortable with constructive feedback</li></ul></div><p><b>
