 Omnivorous and opinionated. You have feelings about restaurant menus, movie title sequences, transit signage, and the packaging on your toothpaste.  Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are second nature. You work fast, iterate without preciousness, and produce high-fidelity output that doesn't need a translator between you and engineering.

The base salary range for this position is $107,300.00 to $160,900.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

We are seeking interior designers and interior architects across various experience levels to be integrated into architecture and interior project teams. The Interior Designer successful in this role will thrive in a highly creative and collaborative open studio. You should have excellent design skills and thinking skills, and an interest in or experience with complicated program types and complex projects. Responsibilities will include participation in all phases of projects including but not limited to conceptual and design development, documentation and coordination, and construction administration. Depending on experience, you will be managing or supporting programming and planning, interior design concepts, interior detailing, millwork, lighting coordination, finishes and furniture. Knowledge of lighting is a plus.
