Build Sphinx's content engine from zero. Define the strategy, own the calendar, and create the systems that let us publish consistently across every channel &ndash; blog, social, newsletter, podcast, video, and physical campaigns.</p><p>
Tell stories across every format. Write long-form blog posts and thought leadership that positions Sphinx as the authority in AI-powered compliance. Produce video and podcast content that brings our customers, team, and space to life. Design physical outreach (from billboards to event collateral) that makes people stop and look.</p><p>
Cover every angle that matters. The company, the customers, the team, the space. You'll turn customer wins into case studies, team insights into thought leadership, industry trends into sharp takes, and product launches into moments that get noticed.</p><p>

The Executive Assistant to the Head of School is a highly experienced and proactive administrative leader, responsible for managing sensitive, complex administrative functions and serving as a strategic partner to the Head of School and the school&rsquo;s leadership team. Lead comprehensive calendar management for the HoS, including proactively prioritizing requests from internal and external stakeholders, minimizing scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the HoS's time is well-protected; exercise judgment to reprioritize or decline meetings as necessary based on urgency and importance.</li><li>
Manage the HoS's email inbox: triage messages, flag time-sensitive priorities, draft responses as needed, and maintain ongoing communication on behalf of the HoS.</li><li>
Prepare the Head for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up tracking</li><li>
Act as the gatekeeper to the HoS, managing communications, screening visitors and calls, and serving as an informed liaison among executives, faculty, parents, board members, and the wider community.</li><li>
