Host/Hostess Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li>
Greet upon arrival and interact with guests in a professional, warm and courteous manner and develop guest relationships</li><li>
Navigate reservations platform and client database proficiently</li><li>
Exhibit knowledge of 53&rsquo;s menus, culinary style and concept, reservations policies, operating hours, and other facts about the restaurants and be able to address common guest inquiries</li><li>
Handle various guest interactions, including but not limited to reservations, confirmation calls, guest reservation requests, and pick-up/delivery requests</li><li>
Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards</li></ul><p><b>
Host/Hostess Requirements include:</b></p><ul><li>
Substantive host and reservationist experience preferred, preferably in a Michelin Star Restaurant or Luxury Hotel.

Energetic and friendly personality, with strong willingness and ability to work as part of a cohesive team and to support colleagues regardless of role, and a positive communication style</li><li>

This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door. The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner.</p><p><b>
