 We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leader at Genpact&rsquo;s New York City office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can seamlessly manage complex schedules, leadership calendars, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities:
