Position Purpose:</b></p><p>
As People Operations Officer, you support the People team in ensuring the efficient execution of HR operations processes and systems. You deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience.</p><div></div><div><b><br>

People Operations and Administration</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li></ul><ul><li>
Prepare, manage and record all employment-related documents.</li><li>
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions after entering employee status changes (for e.g. transfers, promotions).</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
HR Systems
</b></div><ul><li>Enter and update data in Sephora &amp; LVMH HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).</li><li>
Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure data replication in all related HRIS systems.</li><li>
Generate reports for HR metrics and analysis.</li><li>
Assist in the enhancement and troubleshooting of HR system tools and processes.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
HR Policies &amp; processes
</b></div><ul><li>Identify and suggest improvements to streamline HR operations and increase efficiency.</li><li>
Collaborate with the People team to implement best practices in HR operations.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Payroll and Benefits
</b></div><ul><li>Contribute to payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>
Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave management.</li><li>
Support benefits administration, such as enrollments, changes, claims.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Employee Support and Engagement</b></div><ul><li>
Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR operational matters.</li><li>
Address and resolve basic employee queries or escalate complex issues to the People Operations Manager.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Compliance
</b></div><ul><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.</li><li>
Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and records.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Ad-hoc Projects &amp; Support</b></div><ul><li>
Support ad-hoc People Operations projects and initiatives to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and service delivery, including participation in system testing, tool implementation, and continuous improvement activities.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

</div><ul><li>You have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent working experience</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in an international organization</li><li>
Familiarity with HR systems and software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)</li><li>
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li><li>
Ability to manage data with a strong attention to details</li><li>
Ability to work closely and successfully with others to deliver results</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines</li><li>
