   Support and implement internal communication activities in line with the company&rsquo;s vision, strategy, and culture,
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage internal communication channels (newsletters, emails, digital screens, notice boards, etc.),
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare internal announcements, newsletters, speeches, and communication content,
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan and execute communication activities for employee meetings, launches, and internal events such as employer branding and employee engagement activities,
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide communication support during change management processes,
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate employee experience, engagement, and internal communication surveys; develop action plans based on insights,
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure consistent use of corporate culture, values, and employer branding messages across internal communications,

   Collaborate closely with HRBP, Training &amp; Development, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and other business units,

   Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, HR Analytics tools, and visualization (e.g., Power BI).
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and compensation software.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Korn Ferry, MERCER, Willis Towers Watson Grading and Salary Management Systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strategic mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results across multiple regions.
