The Strategy &amp; Operations Intern will support the launch and early-stage growth of Blue Door Academy, an emerging initiative within Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of America. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who wants hands-on experience in program development, communications, operations, and nonprofit strategy. The intern will support a variety of cross-functional projects aligned with Blue Door Academy&rsquo;s launch and growth priorities, adapting to emerging needs across operations, program, and talent development.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Assist in the development of program materials, guides, and implementation resources</li><li>
Support pilot organization coordination and feedback tracking</li><li>
Help draft FAQs, toolkits, onboarding materials, and support documents</li><li>
Organize and synthesize feedback from stakeholders</li><li>
Contribute to launch-readiness efforts for new program sites</li></ul><div><b>
Talent &amp; Organizational Development Support</b></div><ul><li>
Support development of training materials and internal learning resources</li><li>
Assist with documentation of roles, responsibilities, and onboarding processes</li><li>
Help organize talent development resources and communications</li><li>
Contribute to internal engagement initiatives or culture-building efforts</li><li>
Assist with scheduling coordination and preparation for trainings or meetings</li></ul>
