<div><p><b>Background Information</b></p></div></div><p></p>
<br><p></p><div><ul><li><div>Responsibilities: Working under the overall direction of the Chief of Mission in Doha, Qatar and the direct supervision of the Migration Management Officer, the intern will assist with the operational activities of the Mission within the Migration Unit.<br>
<br>
The intern will assist within the Migration Management Unit as follows:<br>
<br>
Assist with preparing visibility materials on migration in both English and Arabic;<br>
<br>
Assist with preparing communication materials including content creation for brochures and PowerPoints in both English and Arabic;<br>
<br>
Assist in the organization of workshops, meetings, and conference including taking minutes of meetings, drafting meeting reports, and preparing for meeting logistics;<br>
<br>
Contribute to the expansion of IOM activities in the country including through the identification of project opportunities and project ideas on migration management;<br>
<br>
Interact with IOM partners on relevant activities;<br>
<br>
Assist with enhancing the social media presence of IOM Qatar including through the creation of social media content;<br>
<br>
