 Key Responsibilities

 Act as an HR Business Partner within the business units, supporting managers in all people-related matters,

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for the roles across hotels, retail/AVM management, residences, and facility management,

 Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a structured and consistent employee experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support performance management, career planning, and promotion processes in collaboration with line managers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee relations and discipline processes in line with company policies and labor legislation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct exit interviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure HR processes are applied consistently across different operational teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports,
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

 Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role,

 <li>
 Experience working with operational teams in hospitality, retail, residential, or facility management environments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations,

 Very good command of English, both written and spoken,

 Plan and execute communication activities for employee meetings, launches, and internal events such as employer branding and employee engagement activities,

 Provide communication support during change management processes,

 Coordinate employee experience, engagement, and internal communication surveys; develop action plans based on insights,
