Job Description 
The Human Resources Generalist supports the Beauty Division across multiple brands, partnering directly with the HR Director to deliver proactive, business-aligned HR support to both corporate and field populations.
This role serves as a key liaison between client groups and Centers of Excellence (Benefits, HR Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and external staffing partners), ensuring seamless coordination, timely issue resolution, and a consistent employee experience.

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle all administrative tasks of the office, including screening calls, handling incoming mail, setting up meetings and maintaining department files and supplies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain calendar for Chief Human Resources Officer
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to and direct inquiries from staff, volunteers and internal/external callers
 </li>
 <li>
 Process employee information in the HRIS system
 </li>
 <li>
 Process vendor invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for procuring and orienting temporary employees including obtaining sign-off on time sheets and processing billing
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle labor law posters for the organization to ensure compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare materials for various audits as requested
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BA Degree plus 1-3 relevant work experience or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office including
 </li>
 <li>
 Word, Excel and Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
 Database knowledge, ADP Workforce Now preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional phone manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work tactfully and effectively with diverse personalities
