Conduct safety training for employees</li><li>
Conduct Safety Inspections/walks</li><li>
Lead safety meetings and maintain safety records</li><li>
Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions</li><li>
Conduct regular facility safety inspections</li><li>
Track and report safety metrics</li><li>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)</li><li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred</li><li>
 2+ years of HR and/or safety experience preferred</li><li>
 Knowledge of employment laws and workplace safety standards</li><li>
 Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>
 Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li><li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems</li></ul><p><b>
Work Environment:</b></p><ul><li>
Cold working environment (approximately 37&deg;F) while at manufacturing facilities</li><li>
Office and on-site facility environment</li><li>
Walking through production or warehouse areas</li></ul><p><br>
