She comes to Boston for a few weeks, usually in May/June and Oct/Nov, This is primarily a local remote role, meeting with the principal as needed when she is in Boston.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About the Job:
 
 
 <ul>

 Support the principal, coordinating her calendar with the Executive Assistant overseas to schedule personal meetings and events in Boston managing her life in a &ldquo;holistic&rdquo; manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and manage personal, domestic/international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide a broad range of administrative support for the principal, crafting emails on her behalf as well as other correspondence
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare documents, basic reports, presentations and notes from meetings and calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a liaison to property manager, household staff, handle some repairs
 </li>
 <li>
 Run errands, manage bills , gifts, supervision of home deliveries or maintenance visits, medical bills, payroll and other ad hoc personal projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan dinners/events for the home
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>

 About You:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a HNW principal, preferably in the finance, real estate or hospitality space
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Has a creative mindset to solve problems independently with diplomacy and thoughtful analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Tech savvy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 A warm engaging personality with a positive &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude and a &ldquo;high touch&rdquo; service mentality.
