Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion. Common area maintenance includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, pressure washing, cleaning windows etc.</li><li>
Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.</li><li>
Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.</li><li>
Assume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.</li><li>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Demonstrate in-depth expertise in wet-side commercial HVAC applications, including hydronic, chilled water, hot water, steam, and related process piping systems.</li>
<li>Independently lay out, assemble, install, maintain, repair, and replace piping systems, pipe supports, hangers, valves, and associated equipment for heating, cooling, and industrial processes.</li>
<li>Perform equipment startups, functional check-outs, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet design specifications.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, isometric drawings, and specifications to plan and execute precise layouts and installations.</li>
<li>Document all work accurately, including completing required paperwork, as-built drawings, maintenance logs, and backup documentation for compliance and project records.</li>
<li>Inspect job sites for obstructions, plan installation sequences, and coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts.</li>

<li>OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to complete upon hire); strong commitment to safety in all operations.</li>
