The Sr. Statistical Forecast Analyst position is responsible for the development of The Home Depot sales forecast at the Store/SKU level. With input from the appropriate Replenishment Analysts, they establish Store/SKU clustering, Seasonal selling profiles and exception reporting criteria for their assigned product categories. The Inventory Analyst works within Supply Chain/Merchandising, and is responsible for partnering with merchants to develop and implement inventory strategies that maximize sales and inventory productivity for a merchandising category. Trade Pro Sales Representative Manager - Electrical

<div>Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst &ndash; Store Leadership Structures will provide oversight and governance of field leadership headcount and scheduling practices to ensure alignment with financial plans, store activity, and company priorities. Partnering closely with Finance and Field Leaders, this role will focus on balancing leader headcount to business needs and proactively address outlier stores. The position also ensures schedule compliance by auditing and reinforcing leadership rotation standards to ensure necessary leadership coverage.
A successful sr. analyst is self-motivated and curious, demonstrates strong leadership and analytical skills, and communicates effectively across various stakeholders. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates</li><li>
Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis - develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization</li><li>
Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize. Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors</li><li>
Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.</li><li>
Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors.</li></ul> 
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:<ul><li>
Typically reports to Store Operations Process Manager or Store Operations Business Manager (or Sr. Managers)</li><li>
No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).</li></ul> 
Travel Requirements:<ul><li>
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.</li></ul> 
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be eighteen years of age or older.</li><li>
