Job Description 
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&amp;A &amp; BI Analyst to join our Finance team at our manufacturing facility. This role combines financial planning and analysis responsibilities with ownership of business intelligence and data analytics initiatives within the finance function.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and financial planning, combined with advanced MS Power BI and data analytics capabilities. This individual will help modernize reporting processes, strengthen KPI governance, and deliver actionable insights to both Finance and Operations leadership.
Key responsibilities<ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain MS Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for Finance and Operations</li><li>
Automate recurring reporting and improve reporting efficiency across the finance function</li><li>
Build and maintain data models and ensure consistency of financial and operational data</li><li>
Translate complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making</li><li>
Strengthen KPI tracking and governance across the manufacturing site</li><li>
Act as the key analytical partner to the Controller and operations leadership</li><li>
Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations to the site leadership team</li><li>
Support the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and month end closing processes</li><li>
Support cost structure analysis, standard cost updates, and cost roll process</li><li>
Collaborate with Operations to analyze inventory levels, trends, obsolescence risks, and support working capital optimization initiatives</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Basic Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>
Strong experience in FP&amp;A and cost accounting</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)</li><li>
Strong MS Excel and financial modeling skills</li><li>
Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>
Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs, cost drivers, and operational performance metrics</li><li>
Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools</li><li>
Experience working with ERP SAP 4/HANA</li><li>
Exposure to automation or finance digitalization initiatives</li><li>
Experience improving reporting systems or BI solutions</li></ul> 

Additional Information 
The anticipated starting salary for this position is $110,000.
Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
