   Storytelling: Help produce caregiver spotlights and care tips content that builds community trust

   Video support: Assist with filming and editing short-form reels and behind-the-scenes clips
  </li>
  <li>
   Scheduling: Use social media management tools to plan and publish content on a consistent calendar
  </li>
  <li>
   Community engagement: Monitor comments and messages and flag responses for the team
  </li>

   Research: Track trends, competitor content, and hashtag performance to bring fresh ideas
  </li>

   Analytics: Pull weekly platform reports and help summarize key metrics for the team

 What we are looking for

   Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field

   Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear, warm writing style &mdash; you can shift from professional to conversational with ease
  </li>
  <li>
   Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to pitch ideas
  </li>
  <li>
   Comfort working with sensitive topics and respecting privacy guidelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Bonus: Any experience with short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
