Key Responsibilities

Tier 1 Help Desk Support

As the first point of contact for HAM-related inquiries, contract personnel will:

<li>Respond promptly and professionally to incoming questions and service requests from Supply Chain Management and IT stakeholders regarding the use of ServiceNow HAM.</li>
<li>Provide clear, accurate guidance on HAM processes, workflows, and platform functionality to end users at varying levels of technical proficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions, ensuring stakeholders feel supported and informed throughout the resolution process.</li>
<li>Set and manage expectations around response times, issue status, and resolution timelines.</li>
</ul>
Issue Tracking and Queue Management

Accurate tracking and timely handling of all incoming requests is essential to operational continuity. Contract personnel will:

<li>Log, categorize, and prioritize all incoming requests and incidents within ServiceNow and/or a shared mailbox, ensuring complete and accurate ticket documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the HAM help desk queue to ensure requests are addressed within established service level agreements (SLAs).</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of issue status, actions taken, and resolution outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.</li>
<li>Identify and flag recurring issues or trends to support continuous improvement efforts.</li>
</ul>
Escalation and Coordination

Not all issues will be resolved at Tier 1. Contract personnel will:
<ul>
<li>Assess incoming issues and escalate complex or unresolved tickets to Tier 2 or appropriate subject matter experts in a timely and well-documented manner.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between end users and higher-tier support teams, ensuring clear communication and continuity throughout the escalation process.</li>
<li>Follow up on escalated tickets to confirm resolution and communicate outcomes back to the requesting stakeholder.</li>

Hardware Asset Management Support

Supporting accurate HAM data is central to this role. Contract personnel will:

<li>Assist users with hardware asset lifecycle questions, including procurement, receiving, deployment, transfer, and disposal processes within ServiceNow HAM.</li>
<li>Support data quality efforts by identifying and flagging incomplete, inaccurate, or missing asset records.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and IT teams to ensure asset records are updated and maintained in alignment with organizational policies.</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>Must be a U.S. citizen or a green card holder.</li>

<ul><li>12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including the following subject matter expertise:
<ul><li>Specific knowledge of core L&amp;D platforms and technologies is essential, including the unique challenges of transitioning legacy systems to emerging solutions, the impact of AI-enabled skills on learning systems and the role of L&amp;D team structures on the ownership, governance and ongoing maintenance of technologies.
</li><li>Profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face as leaders within the enterprise as well as familiarity with both CHRO and L&amp;D leaders&rsquo; workflows and priorities.
</li><li>Experience successfully designing, implementing and managing HR technology strategies, roadmaps and initiatives in enterprise organizations.
</li><li>Deep first-hand knowledge of the HR tech landscape, including market dynamics, vendors, products and emerging use cases, particularly with respect to AI and generative AI and their impact on HR processes, team structures and data governance.
</li></ul></li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.
</li><li>Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences.
</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, including an ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.
</li><li>Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 172,000 USD - 202,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The SOC Analyst has the primary responsibility of aggressively monitoring and responding to alerts triggered in the SIEM tool or requests for assistance from customers. The SOC Analyst will use a variety of tools to investigate incidents and take immediate action or recommend a course of action to safeguard the U.S. Courts systems. The SOC Analyst works as Tier 1/2 support and will be under a senior soc analyst/shift lead for review before completing event notation to assure correctness in reviews. Events that require over 15 minutes of analysis are to be escalated to the Seniors on shift for analysis. 
 
General Experience: 
****PRIOR or ONGOING experience (2+ yrs) of working in a SOC environment is a MUST.**** 
FIRST TWO (2) WEEKS WILL BE ON SHIFT 1, 8 AM TO 5 PM FOR TRAINING FOLLOWING THAT, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE MOVED TO SHIFT 3.

A minimum of two (2)+ years of hands-on network intrusion detection experience with 3-5 years of total experience. SOC Analyst must have the following skills: The ability to investigate and evaluate network traffic, and the ability to read and interpret log and sniffer packets, Wireshark. The ability to analyze data from a variety of sources over time and create a logical narrative of observed behavior, and the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. 
 
Specialized Experience:
 
Candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on performing intrusion detection analytics working with the examination of logs and console events in the following working experience areas of; Splunk, examining Snort based IDS events, PCAP, web server log review, and working in a SIEM environment. 
 
Years of Experience:5+ years 
Education Requirement: High School diploma preferred, industry certifications are desired such as CEH or Security+ or other industry certifications. 
Clearance requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required.
