Qualifications 
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD</li></ul> 

Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD</li><li>
8+ years in leadership development, organizational development, talent management, or learning roles</li><li>
3+ years in a senior level or manager level role</li><li>
Proven experience developing people leaders at scale in high growth, global organizations</li><li>
Familiarity with the day-to-day expectations and challenges of people leaders</li><li>
Strong foundation in talent practices, adult learning, behavior change, and/or learning experience design</li><li>
Exposure to managing budgets, vendors, and procurement</li><li>
Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive audiences</li><li>
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and define strategic metrics</li><li>
Technology &amp; AI Fluency</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of learning technologies, digital platforms, and AI enabled development tools</li><li>

Additional Information 
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
