 Overview
 
 
 
 The Administrative Resource Center Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative
 
 
 support to a team of attorneys, paralegals and business support personnel. Some high-level
 
 
 responsibilities include building relationships with assigned team members, creating and editing
 
 
 documents, performing document comparisons, entering and editing daily time, arranging travel,
 
 
 coordinating meeting arrangements and providing overflow support for LEAs.

This position will provide legal administrative support to 2 partners and up to 3 associates in a highly collaborative working environment. This is a hybrid position requiring office flexibility; generally 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Responsible for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, document creation, editing and preparation of letters, time entry, expense reimbursement, coordinate telephone/video calls domestically and internationally, travel arrangements, and calendar invites.</li>
<li>Billing &ndash; strong background in financial responsibilities such as reviewing pro formas, prepare accrual spreadsheets and send to clients, prepare cover letters on client invoices, follow up with vendors domestically and internationally on invoice matters.</li>
