</li><li>Coordinates lengthy and complex document preparation with the appropriate support departments, as needed. Ensures that all attachments, exhibits and enclosures are included.
</li><li>Reviews and routes incoming mail and faxes. Prepares and processes outgoing mail, arranging for faxing, specialized mail or messenger services as required.
</li><li>Maintains and updates the calendars for assigned attorneys, including meetings, appointments, due dates, and client-related activities.</li><li>
Prepares daily time entries for assigned attorneys and paralegals and submits in a timely manner. Prepares expense reimbursement and disbursement requests. Coordinates client billing matters with the billing staff in the Accounting Department as needed.</li><li>
Receives and screens phone calls and takes messages as required. Receives and directs clients and visitors. Schedules meetings and arranges for conference rooms and meals.</li><li>
Coordinates travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, and prepares travel expense reports.

Qualifications and Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></h3><ul><li>

CASES is currently seeking an Assistant Team Leader to join a new initiative, the Intensive Services Unit (ISU) within the Pretrial Services Department. In their role, the Assistant Team Leader will provide direct supervision and clinical support to four (4) staff members during the night shift in Manhattan Criminal Court. The oversight will be of a unique team who are building and maintaining a caseload from the courtroom to the community nightly. The Assistant Team Leader will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the team with the additional support of the Director of Arraignments.</p><p>
The Intensive Services Unit (ISU) initiative will implement innovative approaches to working with individuals who have been placed in the Supervised Release Program and experience more extensive needs and challenges that may impact daily functioning and overall program engagement. The ideal candidate for this position will work well as part of a coordinated clinical team actively assisting all team members. The focus group of program participants manage challenges in mental health, substance use, employment, and medical health. The team promotes proactive, sustained engagement in the community as a catalyst to individual transformation by bridging participants to community partners and resources eager to support our participants in realizing their greatest potential.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Building an in-depth understanding of the Compliance Solutions businesses, its people, organization, markets, products, customers, competitors, and regulatory environment</div></li><li><div>
Educating business teams about contracting forms, intellectual property rights and obligations, privacy issues, commercial and legal risks and internal contract review and approval procedures.</div></li><li><div>
Supporting the M&amp;A, regulatory, employment and litigation teams with respect to litigation and disputes affecting Compliance Solutions</div></li><li><div>
Performing other assignments as designated by the Legal Director &amp; Associate General Counsel &ndash; FCC, particularly in relation to assistance to other FCC businesses in the jurisdiction in which the candidate is admitted to practice law</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Education and Experience:</div><div><br>
Candidates must have a law degree (J.D.), be admitted to practice law in the U.S. jurisdiction where that candidate is admitted and have at least ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible corporate/commercial/technology law experience, preferably including experience working in both a law firm and a corporate law department. In addition, prior management experience is preferred.<br>

Compensation:</div>
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $208,800 - $295,550</div>
