Job Description 
AECOM is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst &ndash; AI &amp; Automation to help define how the business operates today and how it evolves through the use of AI and intelligent automation.
The primary focus of this role is understanding complex business workflows and identifying where AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, and decision-support systems can improve operational performance and scalability.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00am-2:30pm; OT as needed
Essential Responsibilities
<ul><li>Load unpainted metal parts onto the Paint Line.
</li><li>Load copper bars and pipe onto the Bus Insulation Line Conveyor.
</li><li>Unload painted metal parts from the Paint Line and properly attach the required part identification label.
</li><li>Assist with daily and weekly preventative maintenance of the Paint Line &amp; Bus Insulation Line equipment and facilities.
</li><li>Move parts from one manufacturing operation to the next operation according to the part routing.
</li><li>Remove finished parts from sheet metal skeletons.
</li><li>Sort and stack parts by part number &amp; job number combination.
</li><li>Assemble kits of parts to be welded.
</li><li>Assist machine operators with various tasks upon request.
</li><li>On occasion, be required to perform labor task such as painting, grinding, sanding or general cleaning task as directed by your supervisor or leadperson.
</li><li>Lifting of up to 50 lbs. consistently.
</li><li>End of shift cleanup is required.
</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Diploma preferred.
</li><li>Ability to use computer software to control equipment or look-up company information.
</li><li>Ability to use basic math, reading and writing skills to perform job function.
</li></ul>Skills, Abilities &amp; Other Requirements
<ul><li>Must have a basic command of the English language, both written and verbal.
</li><li>Ability to follow company operating procedures, safety rules and ISO requirements.
</li><li>Ability to learn to read mechanical part or assembly drawings.
</li><li>Ability to read and use a linear tape measure.
</li><li>Ability to work independently or part of a small team and perform required tasks with little direct supervision.
</li><li>Ability to maintain a clean work area by picking up trash and sweeping the floor.
</li></ul>Working Conditions
<ul><li>Safety sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing or industrial environment with occasional outside activities.
</li><li>Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., safety shoes, hard hats, bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as required) and respirators when required.
</li><li>Must be able to work from all type of ladders (step ladders, &quot;A&quot; frame ladders, etc.)
</li><li>Working at heights usually no higher than 20 feet in the air on an elevated structure using proper lift equipment and Fall Protection Equipment.
</li></ul>Physical Requirements
<ul><li>Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs or step ladders.
</li><li>Bending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction.
</li><li>Continuous standing and walking.
</li><li>Able to use upper extremities frequently, work with both arms above shoulders and use both arms at full length frequently.
</li><li>Must be able to meet physical lifting demand up to 50lbs..</li></ul></div>
